Proof is that based on the stats on our ORSC root server. Number of users
can be
calculated based on number of hits to the server.  Traffic to inclusive
namespace
servers has tripled in the past few months. Taiwan and China no longer use
USG
roots.  Its over. People are on to ICANN. Just give it up.
