It answers nothing.

ICANN and the Registries operate under a set of contracts and
requirements.

I have not asked for some theoretical belief to back up your
arguments, that you believe things should be run a certain way and
make a passionate argument for it.

I'm asking you for specifics, what exactly has ICANN, the Registries,
and/or the Registrars violated in terms of their contracts and/or
charters/bylaws/etc as appropriate?

You are making DEMANDS on them to do what YOU want them to, to run
their businesses the way you believe they should be run, because you
believe that to do otherwise is wrong.
