Typo, obviously.  Meant to be 2002.  We weren't even on-line until Dec of 2000, which was fully disclosed in the pricing market research document.  Thanks for pointing out this confusing error, Tom.

(2000, not 2002!) on page 2 of your PDF file is supposed to mean, then?
