RE: [ga] icannworld.org motion


I presume Danny thought that as GA head he had the same sort of freedom of
action that Stuart Lynn claims on behalf of ICANN.  It's perhaps an
understandable mistake.  But I think both are mistaken, for the same
reasons.

Incidentally, I quite like the idea of this website.  But I think the GA
ought not to get the credit (or blame) for it when it's had no input into
it.

I trust that seeing the reacition to this, Danny will make the appropriate
changes without the need for more formality.
