You think perhaps the people who claim to run the internet should know how
to do so Roeland?

I find the response to your comment ROFL'ing. Most of the time (er..
almost all of the time) the main part of a position description is knowing
about, and how to perform, the duties of that position - but not here at
ICANN, no siree bob ;)

I nominate myrtle the tyrtle. She may only be a reptile, but she can
certainly do just as well as anyone else ICANN appoints for itself (and
she eats pond-scum too so maybe that will cut down on the budget).
