Dan and all assembly members,

  You know I thought that Mike Roberts suggested a few days after
the Sept 11th terrorist attack that any funds for ICANN should be
sent to the Red Cross?  Mike, care to comment on the below
fees?  Or was that just another knee jerk reaction of yours?
