I respect  those who vote here in plain view of all, but the official vote 
should be the secret ballot counted by the secretariat.
Same argument as I used to question Roberto's call of public support for 
the Chair's appointee:
Not doing so skews the results.

P.S. My own vote will be in favour of the reworded motion. (thanks Danny)
