If does, at least to those of us who don't believe that "DNSO, as
currently structured, is a canard anyway" as you said in another
message tonight.  Perhaps it is ok for the DNSO GA to have a complete
lack of leadership by its chair, since you see the DNSO in such a
light, but those of us who don't deserve much better from a chair.
