RE: [ga] Status of the Review Task Force



To all:

The ccTLD constituency is presently engaged in achieving rough consensus
on what these (most significant) issues are. Much of that work should be
completed by the end of the Montevideo meeting.

Until we have agreed on a communique of those issues, it would be
premature to publish.

I will second WXW's call for a description of the specific ccTLD related
issues whch ICANN ought to be addressing.  I think the GA is the perfect
place to hear such matters.
