The suggestion was to get a member of each constituency to post to their
'closed' list- just to increase awareness of the nomination.

Peter and all assembly members,

  The problem with your suggestion Peter is that most of the
constituency lists are "Closed" lists, and therefore very few people on
the GA list can post to them.  Catch 22...
