Please take a more all encompassing view.  I do not regularly post on the sys
list.  I am of a singular mindest on such matters.  Depriving netizens of their
privacy for the benefit of the IP makes me sickened and weary.  I am developing
a special UDRP for some ccTLDS that meets GAT and WTO and IMF requirements but
does not otherwise intrude.  I one hundred percent support your attempts to make
this move forward. But your posts and positions are often to moderate for me to
even comment on.
