sarcasm.

You raised a significant point that is directly based on clear, explicit 
and real differences between the two contracts.  You provided a simple 
explanation of the impact.

Essentially all of the public debate so far has studiously refused to pay 
any attention to real or concrete issues, instead preferring to complain 
about being given a real topic to consider, or else to fritter away time 
debating secondary or imaginary issues.

So, shame on you for being serious, concrete and relevant.
