You may want to have a look at the procedure for the elections (and 
nominations thereof) at:

Whatever method people would like to use (nomination on the GA list, 
nomination on a different list [don't laugh, this has happened too!], 
nomination on Joop's web site, whatever else you may think of) please do 
keep in mind that the DNSO Secretariat will take into account *only* 
nominations and endorsments done according to the procedures, by individuals 
regularly registered to the voting registry, within the time frame available 
for the votes.

All the rest may be useful exercise, but not official data.
