I didn't mean the IAHC as an entity, I meant not since the approximate timeframe
that the IAHC was created.

In other words, the answer, since around 1997, is a resounding "no."

Nothing has been "grandfathered" unless the self-appointed board at the time
has wanted it so. Certainly not by consensus, and certainly not the "Internet Way."

If it wasn't sarcasm, then it was rose-coloured.
