Hi Roberto

Since the Names Council consists of the representatives
of an unrepresentative and business-dominated group
of constituencies, the GA should be as open as possible
to people with no voice in the Names Council.

Your suggestion is a great one.

If your thought is to entertain a motion requesting the GA to pass a
resolution requesting the NC
to modify the by-laws immediately, I'll be glad to
make the motion.
