Roberto and all,

There are many people who would like to have the recognition of a
constituency for individual domain name owners on the agenda once again.
This has now been dragging on since Berlin.
There is a majority in the GA supporting such a constituency and it is time
that the GA of the DNSO bring this issue again to the attention of the
Names Council and the ICANN Board.
