Well, but at least this kind of message let us know that there are people
that still thinks that Internet should be in the total anarchy.  And such
kinds of issues are subject not only of the General Assembly, also ICANN
structure since the purposes of ICANN is in part avoid the anarchy and
coordinate the Internet for a better organization and usage of such
resource.
