In response to The Illegitimate "Chair", Roberto, Ellen Rony pointed
out that Roberto seems to be a bit confused as to the "Rules" which he
seems to have supported, yet does not understand what is in them

This is not a personal attack, but rather and observation that cannot
go unresponded to. This is the third post that Roberto seems to be
very confused on what is what....
