Ellen and all,

  Yes Vote.com does this every day on issues.

  I believe Robertos earlier remarks were motivated or along the lines
of purposeful "Poisoning of the Well" so to speak so a to dissuade members
of this list from wanting wide participation in any voting process or to have
a voice.
