Hi.

I just sent this to GA-procedures - I hope I had the address right.

May I remind you that the deadline is approaching (it is now Friday, 19:15
GMT), and that not much is happening.
As we don't have time to come to a meaningful compromise, I guess we have to
post individual proposals just not to miss the train.
