This method is fundamentally flawed, in that it permits a simple majority of
those active and concerned enough to vote to oust anyone with whom they do not
approve of or agree with.  Experience in the IDNO tells us that member
participation in votes is very low, making the threshold to remove a member
extremely low, far to low for this to be an acceptable process.
