I'm beginning to smell an anti-spam loon.  RBL does offer a host of
posibilities and the business community should replce it with something
that credible.  However, with dot.CommerciaLeDomains .. the RBL with
become a hard core ip list.  It would shrink considerably.  Maybe even
disappear altogether.
