The GA subscription list is not the sole defined source of support.  Also
the GA-announce, but access to the list names is refused (I tried earlier).
And subscribers to six constituency lists (the seventh, gTLD, is a
constituency of one).

The nominations and supporters should be confirmed for ALL the candidates,
not just Rick White.  This isn't a witch hunt but a call for proper process
across the whole nomination scheme.
