I concur with this comment. Another example where ICANN has not through the
process through.    I urge you to post your objections on the emailbox that
ICANN has established for feedback on the latest round of bylaws proposals:
comment-bylaws@icann.org.  Do NOT click on the email link posted on the
Staff Recommended Bylaws page, because it contains a typo, which I brought
to the attention of staff about eight days ago.
