It's very common in not for profit organizations.  Is there any problem
with the trial being published.  It is after all nothing more then a
balance sheet, just more account specific.

In other words, it's harder to hide the blemishes.  The balance data on
the icann site is nonsense.  You have less there then a publically listed
and accountable corporation.  And it is my understanding ICANN is much
more open then that.
