[ga] the DNSO website

Dear GA Members

I am dismayed that this General Assembly has not only had its consensus
snubbed by the Board in Santiago by having its resolutions ignored, but
also that those who run the DNSO website have not found it necessary to
even mention these resolutions.

Only the Names Council's resolutions are mentioned.

Is the IDNO constituency and its petitions for recognition taboo on the
DNSO website?

Can this still be the case after a broad majority of the *physical* GA
voted that the ICANN Board consider this (second time) petition and place
it on its Santiago agenda?

There should be a link on the DNSO site to the other constituency
organizing efforts. After asking for this privately, I am now repeating it
publicly.
The provisions in the ICANN bylaws for an open constituency structure are
not there merely for decoration. The DNSO website needs to reflect this.
