Mr. Gaetano and Everyone,

  I have read many of your posts now.  I am beginning to get the
impression
that I have also seen expressed by many on these forums, that you seem
to
lack the grasp of the fundemental practice and idea that in order for
constructive "Work" to be done there must first be a proper agreed upon 
process in place.  It appears to me, and I see others as well, that that 
process in not in place.
