Re: [ga] Vote for WG-A Final Report

Is it really possible to determine whether a consensus exists in the
General Assembly? Should votes be taken instead at or after the next
General Assembly meeting?

A vote on consensus, if successful, taken immediately following the next
real-time GA meeting might still allow a report to be forwarded to the
Board for the Santiago meeting.
