is NOT the actual "Preliminary WG-A Report" that I requested, but
does have a pointed to where that Preliminary report is. If you
would
please, try to directly answer questions of this nature, as it makes
things go much more smoothly.

I would highly suggest a very close reading of this Preliminary
Report
as in my first reading it contains so very reveling information I thought...
