Most probably yes, however it is extremely difficult to guarantee that
this is the same personne.
I would personally oppose to send a second ballot. Suppose that
immediately after the vote of logica.com, you receive the ballot from mitswa.com.au!
Then you will need the ability to cancel logica.com with a possible
conflict difficul to solve from abroad.
