(possibly you) has been sent to andrew.mcmeikan@mitswa.com.au's computer, 
on 15 May 13:14:33 UTC, as indicate the dnso.org logs below 
(computer's timestamps are in Paris time which is UTC+2 now):

We understand that Andrew McMeikan may be the same person with
two different email addreses, the one recorded in the Voting 
Registry: andrew.mcmeikan@mitswa.com.au, and the one from 
which you post now McMeikanA@logica.com.

Is this assumption correct ?
If yes, please send an update to the Voting Registry.

I am asking Watchdog's advice if I shall send you the ballot
prepared for andrew.mcmeikan@mitswa.com.au.
