[ga-watchdog] endorsements

Dear Watchdogs,
At the present time, Eric Dierker has only one endorsement, so according to
the rules he is not eligible as a candidate as the rules state that each
candidate must have at least 2 endorsements.  However the rules do allow for
self endorsement.
Should I point this out to him in a private mail, or just leave things as
they are?
