According to the DNSO GA Voting Rules

(access from the dnso.org main page, under DNSO Working Procedures),
adopted in June-July 2000:

 * The DNSO General Assembly is composed of those persons who 
   want to be members of that assembly. At present, this 
   includes "ex-officio" the subscribers to the GA-lists, 
   the participants to the DNSO Constituencies and the 
   participants to the Working Groups. 
 * A Member has the right to vote in a GA vote. 
 * All members who wish to vote in a GA vote must register 
   with the GA voting registry. 
   ...
(procedure for registration included)

The DNSO.ORG logs do not show any application from you sent to
    ga-voting@dnso.org

All appliactions are acknowledged with a template as the one
below, with ACK time.

But mistakes happen -- if you could provide me a copy
of your application, or our ACK, I would be grateful.

    ballots b01, b02 and b03 -- you were not on electorate
    lists at the corresponding time.
