To all interested Parties,
Let be known, that the DNSO election of the "Chair" did not allow for
DNSO members as well as some 400 INEGRoup members to cast their
ballots in this election as was also done on the DNSO NC and ICANN
Board member elections ending on October 8, 1999. This is in direct
violation of the iCANN bylaws as well as the NTIA White Paper and the
NTIA/ICANN MoU. As such these elections cannot be viewed as
legitimate.
