Point me to where the article or document is that says they are shutting
down carnivore. You can't. Not decided yet. Now show me your proof Echelon
is not used on US citizens as well as outside the US. You can't because it
is not known by you or the rest of us.

facts interest me. Spin doesn't. I don't take the ICANN spin to be true
either. Most of my disagreemnts with you seem to be focused on the fact you
believe what the government and ICANN tell you to believe. I try to judge
for myself.
