    in the role as GA delegate to the NC TF: 
A. To voice the concerns within the GA about ORG:
1. about the rights of present registrants, 
2. the need for diverse TLDs, which cater for different
entities and individuals, and 
3. a workable policy for the TLD,
including possibly a different version of the UDRP. 
B. To explore the feasability for a cooperative ownership/governance
of ORG, or to make use of other chances at innovation, which may,
spring from this surprise split-off of ORG from VeriSign.
