Hi Jeff

Thank you, Jeff, for your most constructive suggestion.  I agree with you
that both "sub-Chair" and "WG-Chair" are good titles.  Perhaps the second is
most suitable as it more clearly denotes the spirit of a "working group"?

Does anyone have any other ideas?
