And someone could register ACUPOFCOFFEE.ORG, ACUPOFCOFFEE.NET, 
ACUPOFCOFFEE.BIZ, ACUPOFCOFFEE.INFO, and the same in any of thousands of 
other TLDs in the inclusive name space.  So, where does that prevent someone 
from using that phrase?  In addition, there are coffee shops named just that 
in different areas of the world.  It can also be used for book titles and any 
number of other things.  So what is your point again?
