Danny and all assembly members, stakeholders or other interested parties,

  I would have to say that given the exact wording of [3.7.7.2] that your
concerns Danny are accurate.

  However it seems pretty clear that the wording of [3.7.7.2] is ambiguous
or stated in such a way as to have multiple interpretations and therefore
could be manipulated in application as to be disingenuous or otherwise
purposefully vindictive of anyone that wishes to protect their privacy, such
as using a generic E-Mail address as a contact address for the registrant.
