Title: Help

13. I would like to know the precise nature and content of exchanges that took place between ICANN Board members, and with Afilias Board and/or executives and/or staff regarding: the development of the Sunrise process; the action to be taken in response to complaints last summer and autumn that the Sunrise process was being abused; the calls for intervention to protect Landrush customers; the calls for investigation of accredited registrars like Yesnic who submitted ineligible Trademark Data for up to or over 200 Sunrise registrations; the complaints about the Afilias CEO and his Registrar company in the Sunrise process; other matters pertaining to the Afilias .info debacle

14. I would like to know the precise nature and content of exchanges that took place between ICANN Board members, and with Afilias Board and/or executives and/or staff, and with Neulevel regarding: the abuse of process in .biz2B; the alleged "warehousing" of names by certain registrars in .biz2B; the use of "exclusive" lists in .biz2B which excluded the public; the restriction of lists to single applicants in .biz2B; and also the warnings and questions raised with Dan Halloran and also posted to Vint Cerf and Stuart Lynn, concerning the likelihood of a repeat of these problems in .info LR2 (which warning was apparently ignored but was fulfilled when the same things did, indeed, happen in .info LR2) - it is now 80 days since Dan Halloran was asked 14 serious questions on these matters and he STILL hasn't had the courtesy to reply either to the original or to repeated copies of the same; did the Board advise or instruct him not to respond? Did the Board take ANY recorded action to address the problems or were the concerns entirely overlooked?
