Mainstream Media is NOT accusing ICANN of anything.  The BBC, and
presumably other media outlets, are simply REPORTING a story that
OTHERS are making that accusation.

There is a HUGE distinction between the two, and you are smart enough
to know that, so I can't help but say that you were making the false
statement intentionally.
