Alexander,
Apparently, you have forwarded the results of the Vote without the wording
of the Motions themselves. Recipients have not even been given the URL for
the Motions.

And, so far as both the GAC and the DoC is concerned, they should not have
to rely on a third party host site (which may break) for this important
text. As a matter of public record, the full text of the Motions should have
accompanied these results.
