This would divide the vote.
By adding on extra issues (like scale of ICANN mission) which people hold
various views on, you would lose the votes of some people who would vote for the
motion otherwise.
Like Eric says, just keep it simple.
Do you vote FOR a re-bid or not?
It's not really a question of fine-tuning for many people : I regard ICANN
leadership as corrupt. Get rid of them.
Do we want DoC to call a re-bid? Yes. Period.
Agreed with lots of your points though - just don't need to "divide" those
who support the motion.
