Sotriris and all assembly members,

  I agree that "ICANN's miscreant behavior" as you put it is
extant.  However it seem to me and a growing number of others
that the very simplicity of Jamie's motion to Rebid the ICANN
Contracts ( MoU and White Paper ) address "ICANN's miscreant
behavior" very nicely as such a rebid if undertaken by DOC/NTIA
would in one felt swoop address the terrible behavior of the
ICANN BoD and staff as well as set an impitus for dramatic
but obviously needed change is structure of what we know or
call ICANN...
