  I humbly beg to differ slightly here with you Kristy.  I believe we
did with Roelands proposal which passed with a healthy majority...
Do you recall?  I do...  I noticed that that resolution was removed
at some point from the DNSO.org web site however.  I can also
only find one other example see:
b05: 21-28 May 2001, DNSO GA Vote on 2 motions, "Individuals' Constituency" and "to
fund the DNSO and all other ICANN Supporting Organizations"
