I accept the suggestion of George Kirikos as a friendly amendment. 
 
The revised motion should now read:
 
The General Assembly of the DNSO supports the principle of 
one-person/one-vote, and recommends that this principle be adopted for all 
decision-making within whatever domain name policy-recommending organs that 
emerge in either the restructured ICANN or in a successor agency.
