  I guess I fail to see how the status of any company could be a cause
of any problem that a company has from an operation standpoint.  I can
clearly see from your comments Jon, that you are obviously bias towards
For-Profit entities as registries exclusively.

  I can also see that some non-profits such as ICANN, can be poorly
managed or have poor leadership.  This can cause a problem in the
operation of a non-profit.  But that is not because ICANN is a non-profit.

  What we have all witnessed and observed is that for profit registries
like Verisign, Afilias, and Nuestar as poorly manage or lead
For-Profit companies can be central to the poor operations of such
for-profit entities as registries...
