Michael and all assembly members, stakeholders of interested parties,

  Good question Michael.  And this sort of thing has been going on now
for over 2 years with the ICANN Staff, BoD and the NC.  It seems
that perhaps a 12 step program is needed for these folks, or they
need to be removed from their current positions.

  As a CEO myself, I would have been fired or ask to resign long ago
had I been this incompetent in my oversight of my staff or leading
position folks within my company.  I would have also likely been
sued by our BoD and possibly been charged at least with
criminal negligence.
