  Danny Younger ask about this two weeks ago.  He did not get a direct
definitive answer other than Stuart Lynn stating that some forum would
be provided.  Until than I suppose you can send your position directly
to Him and the ICANN BoD members independently.  I would
suggest however that you send your remarks directly to the
NTIA and DOC.
