  The rules that are currently being "Used" as you well know are illegitimate
and that is well documented in the DNSO GA archives.  Of course
Roberto you already know this.  As such you should try to work on
being more truthful in your responses in the future...

  Not true on non-scheduled flights or Air Taxi services.
